Sauteed Swiss chard, oven roasted Roma tomatoes and portabella mushrooms along with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses is the filling for this vegetarian calzone

Calamari steaks are dipped in egg and pan fried to a golden brown with lemon-garlic butter - served with lobster-saffron pilaf (while quantities last)

French Country Pot Roast

Lean brisket is braised in a Bordeaux style red wine with beef stock and herbs served with carrots and new potatoes (while quantities last)
